Cynthia Hinkelman is Founder of Lighthouse Suzuki Strings LLC July 2024 in Abbeville SC.

She has just completed eighteen years as Owner and Director of Lighthouse Suzuki Strings, Inc. in Stuart and Jupiter Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Music Degree from Ohio Wesleyan University; is a member of Suzuki Association of the Americas, Inc. and Music Teachers National Association. She has taught Suzuki violin in both private and public schools also instructs viola and cello. She has performed with the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra, the American Ballet Theatre Orchestra and the Plainfield Symphony Orchestra. Mrs. Hinkelman was the founder of Lighthouse Suzuki Strings, Inc. which provided Violin, Viola and Cello instruction for children and adults at the Stuart School of Music, Stuart, Florida and the Jupiter Academy of Music, Jupiter, Florida . Upon moving to Abbeville, SC, she has closed the Florida corporation.

At this time she is now offering Suzuki group lessons in Violin and Cello for children and adults.

Over the years, I have expanded my artistic interest to painting and will be happy to consider commissions.
